and collective agreements where applicable.Prepare letters of offer and manage pre‑employment requirements, including reference checks, assessments, background checks, and bonding.Assist with immigration pathways, including the Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP), maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge and supporting employer applications.Participate in career fairs and recruitment events and support employer branding initiatives.Support proactive sourcing through job boards, social platforms, professional networks, and partnerships.Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Hold a bachelor’s degree in business or human resources.Have three years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition with an emphasis on proactive sourcing, preferably in the financial industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
