Health N Smiles is seeking a part-time Certified Dental Assistant Level II at WellFort. Contribute to community dental care in Brampton, Ontario by supporting patient education.
In this role, you will assist the dental team with various duties, from preparing treatment areas to educating clients on oral hygiene. Ideal candidates have a Level II certification and are comfortable in team-oriented environments. Experience in both large and community dental clinics will facilitate effective patient interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and sanitize operatories for patient care
• Teach clients about oral hygiene practices and prevention
• Perform chair-side assistance during procedures
• Ensure proper management of dental supplies
• Foster effective relationships with diverse populations
Requirements:
• Level II certification and ODAA membership in positive standing
• Minimum three years in a large dental clinic setting
• Experience in a community dental clinic
• Solid skills in communication and teamwork
• Ability to speak multiple languages is beneficial
