The Roving Road

Foreperson role is a permanent, full time position reporting to the Superintendent, Roads. You will lead a dedicated team of maintenance staff and sub-contractors, ensuring compliance with MoTT specifications. Solid communication and operational skills are essential for managing both team dynamics and equipment usage in diverse weather conditions. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate maintenance work across service areas
Guarantee safety and efficiency in all operations
Build relationships with external agencies and stakeholders




Comply with all relevant maintenance specifications
Provide direct leadership and support to your team Requirements:
Minimum three years in management roles required
At least five years in the road maintenance field
Valid Class 3 Driver's License with Air Brake Endorsement
Clean driver’s abstract necessary
