This position requires engagement with at-risk youth, Indigenous populations, and individuals facing barriers. Competence in sales, marketing, and counseling is also essential for success. Key Responsibilities:
Guide clients in their employment journey
Facilitate job readiness workshops
Create connections across local industries
Promote employment programs to the community
Engage diverse populations with effective strategies Requirements:
Degree or training in social sciences or counseling
1+ years of coaching experience
Effective sales and promotional skills
Clean Class 5 Driver’s License
