With over eight years of experience in software testing, you will lead UAT plans and execution while managing both onshore and offshore teams effectively. Your banking industry experience will support high-stakes testing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Lead UAT activities for commercial banking programs
Collaborate on test objectives with stakeholders
Create and execute UAT plans and scenarios
Manage defect tracking and resolution efforts
Produce comprehensive daily and weekly status updates Requirements:
8+ years of software testing experience
Hands-on UAT management and planning
Recent experience in the banking sector
Proficiency with JIRA and ALM for defect management
