Lead and train the environmental services team
Conduct hands-on repairs and preventative maintenance
Ensure compliance with safety and health standards
Drive eco-friendly initiatives across the facility
Uphold the brand's standards for building conditions Requirements:
At least 3 years of maintenance experience
Experience managing a team in a unionized workplace
Knowledge of building systems, including HVAC
Certification in facility management or trades
Must provide a current Vulnerable Sector Check Challenge yourself and make a meaningful impact at Cogir Senior Living.
