As part of the Versatile Assertive Community Treatment Team, you will play a crucial role in assessing clients, crafting treatment plans, and providing ongoing support.

You’ll partner with community agencies and support clients in managing their recovery journey, contributing significantly to their well-being. Key Responsibilities:
Implement client assessments and recovery strategies
Connect clients to substance use treatment services
Advocate for client needs within the community
Collaborate effectively with the FACT team members
Offer after-hours support as required Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Social Work is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology necessary
Relevant experience in counseling and crisis intervention
Eligibility for regulatory body registration
