Your role includes conducting donor screenings, performing phlebotomy, and carefully monitoring donors throughout the process, all while adhering to strict safety standards. Key Responsibilities:
Register donors and conduct health screenings
Execute phlebotomy services with care and precision
Ensure accurate product labeling and information
Help prepare mobile donation clinics in our community
Promote best practices for enhanced donor experiences Requirements:
High school diploma required; post-secondary is an asset
At least 3 years of customer service experience
Knowledge of Positive Manufacturing Practices
Basic computing skills, especially in Microsoft Office
