Lead the clinical team at EHN Canada’s Sandstone Recovery Centre, focusing on mental health and addiction treatment for youth. Provide expert mentorship while managing a clinical caseload in a supportive workplace. As a Clinical Team Lead, you will oversee daily clinical operations and ensure patient-centered care for adolescents and young adults aged 12–24.

Provide clinical leadership and day-to-day support to Counsellors
Maintain a clinical caseload, offering individual and group therapy
Participate in ongoing assessment and treatment planning

Facilitate multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborations Requirements:
Master’s degree in Social Work or Psychology
2+ years in a clinical leadership or supervisory role
2+ years working with eating disorders and young adults
Robust knowledge of CBT and DBT therapeutic approaches
