Customer Service Associate:

Our client is seeking the services of a qualified and competent individual for the position of Customer Service Associate to work in our Toronto office.

Key Responsibilities:
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in working in Customer Service.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to lead and develop a team.
Excellent command of the English language (written and oral).
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
Computer Knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
Knowledge of the shipping industry is a plus.

Qualifications:




Certification in Custom Processes/Freight Forwarding would be an asset.

Please note: The successful candidate must be willing to work versatile schedule and demonstrate a high level of professionalism, loyalty and trustworthiness in the conduct of his/her duties. Pay: From $20.00 per hour
