We recognize excellent relationship management, accurate, actionable, and sound advice, and the desire to deliver the best quality work, improving the group 's overall performance and increasing its value-added capacities.SummaryWe are looking for an Executive Assistant to work closely in an executive and operational support, and strategic advisory capacity, as required. You will perform a wide variety of tasks as assigned by the executives and senior leadership of the business, namely, the directors and the operations manager. You will be working in person out of the Vancouver office, with daily check-ins with your supervisors.The Position will be a dynamic and rewarding opportunity for an intrinsically motivated individual seeking to satisfy senior executive and other business objectives while striving to create value whenever possible.Your role will include:Administrative and day-to-day support to the principal and the portfolio companies.Manage the principals calendar and schedule.Coordinate with external and internal contacts to schedule meetings and conference calls.Prepare documents for the principal especially prior to upcoming meetings with current clients.Manage travel arrangements for the principal.Regular reporting and updates with the principal and leadership.Performing duties across the organization as required to meet the overall business objectivesTaking on projects from the Operations Manager for the business overallParticipating in client meetingsCompleting high priority client tasksCompleting ad-hoc executive tasksManaging executive schedules and conflictsDrafting emails on behalf of executivesRequired Skills or ExperienceCandidates seeking to apply for the Operations Associate position must satisfy the following requirements:Successfully complete online testing for the positionValid driver license Class 5 or equivalentStrong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasksStrong foundation in business and operationsExceptional time management skillsSuperior verbal and written communication skillsExcellent attention to detailStrong problem-solving abilityHigh adaptability to a high-stress, high work volume environmentNatural curiosity and willingness to learnCommitment to excellence in work products producedExtensive experience with the Microsoft Office and Google suitePast experience as an assistant to a Sr ExecutiveSalary and Benefits100,000 - $115,000 base salary, with potential bonus and profit-sharing available based on individual performanceExtended health benefits planPosition TypeType: Permanent, Full-Time, In PersonTime Commitment: Overtime required on a regular basisStart Date: ImmediatePlease note: Candidates must be currently authorized to work in Canada.We are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.#J-18808-Ljbffr
