As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experiencedOffice Equipment (Photocopier) Technicianto join our technical service team.Position OverviewThe Office Equipment Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of multifunction photocopiers, printers, and related office equipment. The ideal candidate brings strong diagnostic skills, hands‑on technical experience, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a busy field environment. Experience withToshibaorKyoceradevices is a significant asset. Additional IT‑related skills — such as networking, print driver configuration, or MFP connectivity troubleshooting — will be considered a strong advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, repair, and maintain photocopiers, multifunction printers (MFPs), and related office equipmentPerform scheduled preventative maintenance to ensure optimal device performanceInstall new equipment, including setup, configuration, and customer orientationTroubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues related to print environmentsMaintain accurate service records, parts usage, and customer notesProvide professional,
