Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team at Denwest Dental Clinic, located in the heart of the city. This role is essential in ensuring that our patients receive top-notch care and support during their visits, contributing significantly to our mission of delivering excellent dental services.

Responsibilities
Assist dentists during procedures and examinations
Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality according to HIPAA regulations
Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
Take and develop X-rays as needed
Provide chairside assistance during treatments
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
Schedule appointments and manage the front desk as required
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols.





Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Dental Assistant preferred
Proficiency in EMR systems, Eaglesoft, and Dentrix
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and infection control practices
Experience with X-ray procedures and four-handed dentistry techniques
Robust communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting
Previous experience in a dental clinic setting is an advantage.
Familiarity with pediatric dentistry is a plus.
