Join Our Team as a Cleaner.

We are currently looking for a Cleaner for a residential property consisting of two towers: the 1st tower has 19 floors, and the 2nd tower has 22 floors. This will be a part-time position. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the building’s common areas and ensuring a clean and welcoming setting for residents.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Cleaning of residential and commercial properties
Replenish supplies such as soaps, paper towels and toilet paper
Cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, waxing floors and vacuuming
Cleaning spills, broken glass and other messes up as quickly as possible
Coordinating duties with other cleaners
Performing maintenance activities related to cleaning such as ensuring bathrooms are sanitary
Ordering current cleaning supplies as needed

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Cleaning experience is an asset
Reliable and a good communicator
Excellent time management skills




Effective verbal and written communication in English
Must be proactive and be able to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Type: Part-time, Permanent Pay rate:

$600 per month

Schedule:
4 hour shift
Working hours: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
Saturday and Sunday
Start date: September 1

Experience:
Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
