Take your paralegal expertise to the next level with Adecco as a Corporate Governance Paralegal in Edmonton. This full-time position is centered on corporate transactions and regulatory compliance. We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Corporate Paralegal to join our qualified services organization.

You'll prepare and review critical legal documents, support key mergers and acquisitions, and maintain all corporate records. An ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Paralegal Studies and at least three years of relevant experience in corporate law. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review corporate agreements and resolutions
Support various corporate transactions efficiently
Maintain and update corporate minute books and registers
Conduct corporate compliance searches
Collaborate with regulatory bodies and legal teams Requirements:
Diploma or degree in legal or paralegal studies
At least 3 years of experience in a corporate setting
Comprehensive corporate law knowledge
Robust organizational and communication skills
