Responsibilities

- Support lead plumbers by carrying tools, materials, and equipment to job sites efficiently.
- Assist with the installation of pipes, fixtures, and plumbing components following blueprints and schematics.
- Prepare work areas by cleaning, measuring, and setting up necessary tools and materials.
- Learn to read blueprints and schematics to understand project layouts and specifications.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely to cut, assemble, and install plumbing parts.




- Help with routine maintenance tasks on plumbing systems to ensure proper operation.
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe work environment for all team members.

Requirements

- Basic mechanical knowledge with an interest in construction trades.
- Experience or familiarity with carpentry, HVAC systems, or welding is a plus.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing tasks.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Willingness to learn assembly techniques and maintenance procedures.
- Prior construction experience is preferred but not required; a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn are essential.
