As a member of the FCC, the Summer Programs Team Leader will be responsible for assisting with planning and implementing program itineraries which provide meaningful and age-appropriate activities for children and youth in our community. The supervision and safety of participants is the number one priority.You are a confident, warm, and welcoming individual who takes initiative, but can work successfully in an inclusive and cooperative team environment. You are a positive, effective communicator, who listens actively and has the ability to cultivate cooperative relationships with clients, and internal and external stakeholders.
