AnimatorBardel is looking for Senior, Intermediate and Junior level Animators for our 3D Animated Featurette. We are looking for strong performance and acting skills and animators that work collaboratively, helping to shape character performances. We will be focused in on acting and comedy.What You’ll DoBring characters and objects to life through compelling animation that aligns with the project’s creative vision.Collaborate with the Animation Supervisor/leads to refine performance, timing, and movement in scenes.Interpret storyboards and animatics into fully realized animation, adding nuance and personality to characters.Ensure consistency in style and quality across all assigned shots, adhering to the established animation guidelines.Collaborate with leadership, production, and team members to solve problems and share insights.Engage in dailies, rounds, and team discussions to contribute to creative and technical improvements.Adhere to pipeline workflows and technical requirements for seamless integration into the production process.Maintain consistency in quality while meeting production needs.Manage time effectively, working with production to stay on schedule.Keep the team and production staff informed about progress, challenges, and solutions.What You’ll BringExperiencePrevious production experience as an Animator (or similar) in TV series or featurette animation.Strong understanding of animation principles, timing,



and acting for animation.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively promote solutions, share knowledge, and incorporate feedback.Solid time management skillsPortfolio RequirementsA range of character animation showcasing strong performance and acting skillsStrong grasp of weight, timing/spacing, and appeal in animation performance.Ability to animate cartoony/stylized charactersClear understanding of storytelling through animation.Start Dates:March and April 2026Location:BC & Quebec, CanadaPay Range:CAD $1100 - $1500 per weekThis salary range reflects our current expectations for these roles as of this posting’s date.
