Experience designing test processes and supporting the launch of these solutions into production operations is an important asset for this role.ResponsibilitiesDevelop production test strategies based on product design specificationLead the design and development of test solutions including both hardware and software elementsInvolvement in all areas of the development process, including creating test plan, software development, hardware development, system integration, procurement, qualification, and installation support for manufacturingDevelopment support for multiple production facilities across our global networkTest process optimization, with a focus on productivity improvements to cycle time and yieldThrough data analysis identify continuous improvement opportunities within production testIntegrate tools and code developed by other internal groups or external customersDebug of solutions using design of experiments, tools, and failure analysis methodologiesCollaborate with a highly experienced engineering team to review and provide input on development designsReview and validate technical data created by project team members (Test plans, Schematics, technician documents, PFMEA, qualification reports, etc.)Liaison between the Customer, Program Manager, and the technical teamApply a continuous improvement mindset to all aspects of the development processOccasional travel and flexible work schedules for global site support may be requiredKnowledge,
