We take pride in our accreditation by Accreditation Canada.We are currently seeking aClinical Project Leadto join our team in Vancouver.The Clinical Project Lead is responsible for leading clinical initiatives that enhance the quality, safety, and effectiveness of home and community care services at Classic LifeCare. This role bridges clinical practice and operations, driving projects that improve client outcomes, support frontline teams, and ensure compliance with funder standards and accreditation requirements.Working closely with the Executive Leader to advance the organization’s clinical initiatives, the Clinical Project Lead collaborates with Clinical, Operations, and Service Leaders to ensure current programs, processes, and innovations are effectively implemented and sustained across the organization.Pay rate:$33 to $37 per hourKey ResponsibilitiesClinical Project LeadershipLead the design, implementation, and evaluation of clinical programs and initiatives across our locationsDevelop project plans, timelines, and measurable outcomes aligned with organizational prioritiesCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of projectsMonitor progress and proactively address barriers to implementationQuality Improvement & Best PracticesIdentify opportunities to enhance client care, safety, and service deliveryLead quality improvement initiatives aligned with Accreditation Canada and health authority standardsPromote evidence-based practices and continuous improvement across clinical teamsSupport standardization of clinical processes and documentationPartner with Nursing and Care teams to support adoption of recent initiativesCollaborate with Operations, HR,



and Coordination to ensure alignment and feasibilityEngage clients and families in care improvement initiatives when appropriateCompliance & Risk ManagementEnsure all clinical projects align with provincial regulations, professional standards, and organizational policiesSupport audit readiness, accreditation activities, and policy developmentIdentify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure safe care deliveryChange Management & EducationLead change management strategies for new clinical programs and workflowsDevelop training materials and support onboarding of new processesCoach and support employees through transitionsFoster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous learningData, Evaluation & ReportingTrack key performance indicators (KPIs) related to clinical outcomes and service qualityAnalyze data to measure project impact and inform decision-makingPrepare reports and presentations for leadershipUse insights to recommend improvements and scale successful initiativesQualificationsEducation & ExperienceLicensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse (RN) or regulated health professional licence5+ years of clinical experience, preferably in home care, community health, or pediatric care2+ years of experience in project leadership, quality improvement, or clinical operationsStrong understanding of BC and AB home care landscape and health authority expectationsExperience with quality improvement methodologiesExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environmentProficiency in clinical documentation systems and project toolsKey AttributesDeep commitment to client-centered careCollaborative and relationship-focusedStrategic thinker with strong execution skillsAdaptable and comfortable leading change in a growing organizationHigh level of accountability and attention to detailWorking ConditionsHybrid work to include office, field and supervisory workAct as a clinical back up for the nursing team when neededRegular interaction with employees and leadership teamOccasional travel for location visitsHands-on collaboration with various teams and employees across the organization#J-18808-Ljbffr
