KRGinsure is looking for a skilled Team Lead for our Toronto SME Commercial Risk Placement Team. Take charge of client management and team mentorship in this full time role. You will play a leading role in managing commercial clients while providing meaningful mentorship to your team members.

This position focuses on creating and delivering high-quality insurance solutions while ensuring client satisfaction and robust market relationships. Your analytical skills will help bridge coverage gaps in client portfolios. Key Responsibilities:
Guide team members' development and growth
Maintain comprehensive service for a diverse client book
Perform detailed coverage gap analysis
Implement effective up-selling and cross-selling strategies
Negotiate impactful insurance programs for clients Requirements:
Active RIBO license is mandatory
At least three years in commercial insurance brokerage
Minimum three years as a Team Lead
Knowledge of specialty insurance products preferred
