First Onsite is looking for a Travelling Commercial Project Manager passionate about restoring properties after disaster events. This full time position focuses on delivering outstanding results for clients while managing multiple projects onsite across Central Canada. In this temporary 12-month role, you will engage in all aspects of commercial restoration, from estimating and scoping to on-site inspections.

Candidates must have over three years of project management experience, familiarity with Microsoft Office, and the ability to navigate scheduling software. Your success hinges on effective communication and building solid relationships with property owners and key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
Develop explicit project scopes and estimates




Monitor project timelines for quality assurance
Conduct on-site evaluations throughout project duration
Maintain customer relationships and satisfaction
Resolve disputes and project challenges effectively Requirements:
3+ years of project management experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Willing to travel frequently, up to 75%
Solid command of English for documentation
