Canada Cartage is seeking a dedicated Class 1 Truck Delivery Driver in Laval, QC. This full time role emphasizes safer driving practices while ensuring top-notch service for local and regional deliveries. In this position, you'll leverage your driving experience to maintain high safety standards and meet customer needs. You will be integral to our transportation team and contribute to a culture of excellence and safety as a Class 1 Delivery Driver. Key Responsibilities:
Operate a Class 1 vehicle for regional and local deliveries
Drive safely in both city streets and highways
Efficiently manage trailer parking and yard spaces
Comply with safety rules and service hours
Ensure trailers are well-maintained for trips Requirements:
Valid Class 1 license with a minimum of 6 months of experience
Must be bondable and legally eligible to work in Canada
Legitimate driver's abstract from the last 30 days
Comfortable performing tight turns and backing into docks
