Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Labourer and be an essential part of transforming peoples issues into solutions. This energetic role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from restoration to new builds, utilizing your hands-on skills and passion for construction. As a Construction Labourer, you will assist skilled tradespeople in executing high-quality work while gaining valuable experience in a rapid-paced setting.

We are committed to providing paid positions that foster growth, teamwork, and craftsmanship. You will be hands on with assisting in water proofing projects , serious excavation and structural projects.

Duties
Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, ensuring a safe and organized workspace
Use hand tools and power tools to support carpentry, framing, re installation of demo work
Understand hydraulic jacks and the process of re leveling structures
Use of supports put in place to support
Perform demolition, restoration, and surface preparation activities as needed
Support installation of sump pump systems , drainage systems , dimple board installation, window wells, concrete pours , concrete pillars/supports




Follow safety protocols diligently while maintaining a clean work environment throughout each project phase

Skills
Proficiency with hand tools and basic power tools used in construction environments
Prior construction experience or familiarity with building sites is highly desirable
Knowledge of carpentry techniques
Experience with sump pumps , French drains , water proofing and excavation is an asset
Concrete forming and pouring / finishing is an asset
Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills and safety procedures
