Become a pivotal member at AgeCare Shawnee as a Health Care Aide. This role focuses on providing dedicated, hands-on support to residents in a nurturing atmosphere. As a temporary float Health Care Aide, you will engage with residents, ensuring their personal comfort and safety through everyday care tasks.

Your responsibilities include assisting with mobility, feeding, and personal hygiene while following the direction of nursing staff to deliver quality care. Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate bathing and personal care for residents
Assist with resident transfers using secure practices
Help with meal service based on dietary guidelines
Guide residents to activities within the facility
Consistently wear transfer belts to ensure safety Requirements:
1+ year experience in a care setting preferred
Valid Personal Care Aide certification
Must be registered with Alberta's health profession bodies
Proficient in English, both spoken and written
