We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Construction Helper to join our team in Vernon. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be supporting a variety of restoration and construction projects. If you enjoy physical work, being part of a team, and seeing the results of your efforts at the end of the day, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
Load, unload, and transport construction materials
Assist with demolition of structures and site preparation
Clean and organize job sites, including salvaging materials
Support waterproofing, damp-proofing, and surface restoration work
Follow safety procedures and contribute to a safe work workplace
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent experience
7 months to 1 year of related experience preferred
Ability to perform physically demanding work
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Reliable and team-oriented
Work Setting
In office role (no remote work)
Overtime opportunities may be available
Hours will be scheduled based on project needs
