Become a Research Assistant at the Garry Hurvitz Centre for Community Mental Health, focusing on data analysis and community engagement in a full time, 5-month contract position. You will support the Centre's research projects by managing data collection and client relations. This role is ideal for individuals with a Bachelor’s degree in a health-related discipline and at least two years of relevant research experience, particularly in mental health contexts. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct data collection and basic analysis
Engage with clients and community stakeholders
Write and maintain REB applications and documentation
Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met
Support knowledge dissemination through grant proposals Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in health and two years of research experience
Familiarity with research ethics and design principles
Solid organizational and analytical capabilities
Proficient in research tools like MS Office and SPSS
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Contribute to essential mental health research and make a difference at GH-CCMH.
