Your role involves analyzing blueprints, creating accurate cost estimates, and developing budgets for various projects. A minimum of five years’ experience in estimating and three years in project management is essential to excel in this position. Key Responsibilities:
Review project plans and specifications for accurate scope
Prepare detailed cost estimates and quantity take-offs




Manage relationships with subcontractors for competitive pricing
Develop and manage project budgets throughout the lifecycle
Identify cost factors and assess their project impact Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years in estimating, preferably construction
At least 3+ years in construction management coordination
Experience with multifamily and concrete high-rise towers
Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and Bluebeam Takeoff
