Position Summary

As a BarBurrito Team Member, you provide excellent customer service while preparing fresh, high-quality food in a clean, secure, and fast-paced setting. Team members are responsible for supporting both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations to ensure an outstanding guest experience.

Front of House (FOH) Responsibilities
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the POS system.
Prepare burritos, bowls, tacos, quesadillas, and other menu items according to company standards.
Answer customer questions about menu items and ingredients.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area, beverage station, and service counter.
Restock front counter supplies, sauces, napkins, and beverages.
Handle customer concerns politely and escalate issues when necessary.

Back of House (BOH) Responsibilities
Prepare fresh ingredients, including chopping vegetables, cooking proteins, and making sauces.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times.
Monitor food quality and portion sizes to ensure consistency.

organize, and store inventory properly.
Clean kitchen equipment, food preparation areas, dishes, and utensils.
Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties.
Help reduce food waste by following proper storage and preparation procedures.

Qualifications
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
Excellent customer service and time management skills.
Basic food handling knowledge (Food Safety Certification is an asset).
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
