Clean and maintain food preparation equipment and surfaces
Regulate kitchen equipment temperatures for protected cooking
Adhere to all kitchen policies and procedures
Portion and arrange food for presentation
Support fellow cooks during peak hours and emergencies Requirements:
Two years of relevant culinary experience preferred
Culinary diploma is valued
Positive attitude with a diligent work ethic
Excellent communication skills
