Become a vital part of Norton Rose Fulbright as a Cloud and Infrastructure Administrator specializing in Microsoft services. This role is integral to maintaining productive cloud operations and service delivery. Reporting to the Team Leader, you’ll support various cloud and infrastructure technologies, including Microsoft Azure and Exchange Online.

Your responsibilities will encompass third-level support, monitoring service health, and implementing security measures. Collaborating with diverse teams, you will ensure seamless operational improvements and project delivery. Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day Azure platform services
Provide support for Exchange Online configurations
Help troubleshoot and resolve cloud incidents
Maintain and validate backup and recovery services
Develop technical documentation for operations Requirements:
5–7 years in cloud and infrastructure roles
Experience with Azure PowerShell and automation
Knowledge of identity management with Entra ID
Familiarity with incident management tools like ServiceNow
