This full time position allows you to work 30 to 40 hours weekly at our Regina store, which operates Monday through Saturday. You will engage directly with customers, managing check-ins, appointments, and their overall experience. Your tech-savvy approach will aid in ensuring smooth operations. Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and manage their experience from check-in
Schedule appointments and prepare necessary prescriptions
Process billing for patients and insurance companies
Provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
Assist with additional store operations as needed Requirements:
Retail experience considered an asset
Ability to multitask in a quick-paced setting
Familiarity with MS Office and technology tools
