The Salvation

Army invites applicants for the Peer Support Worker role at Harbour Light. As a worker, you'll engage with clients through direct interactions and step-work facilitation. Your core mission is to ensure a secure and supportive workplace while monitoring clients’ well-being and providing resources necessary for their recovery. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular safety checks and client interactions
Lead weekly Step-Work Groups for client progress
Administer medications and manage documentation
Assist with integration into the treatment setting
Report any concerning client behavior promptly Requirements:
Minimum one year experience with female clients
Familiarity with 12-step recovery principles
Relevant certifications for peer support or training
Background Check required for employment
Skills in Microsoft Office Suite preferred Create a positive impact in the lives of women in recovery as part of The Salvation Army's committed team.
