This Claims

Examiner role is crucial for managing multifaceted Skilled Liability claims from their inception through resolution. Your expertise in investigation, negotiation, and strategy execution will be key in working effectively with internal teams and external counsel while identifying claim trends and insights. Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex E&O; claims portfolios efficiently
Investigate coverage, liability, and damage assessments
Develop effective negotiation and mediation strategies
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Engage in discussions with brokers and clients as needed Requirements:
3 years of experience in claims handling, specifically E&O;
Solid analytical, organizational, and communication skills
CIP designation preferred, or in progress
Legally eligible to work in Canada
