Specialist – AIF/AGA serves a vital function in the sales process by coordinating with Technical Sales Representatives to ensure they have complete and exact information. You will be responsible for leading training sessions on the C4C system and optimizing its usage to support sales initiatives. This role demands solid attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
Generate and manage sales quotes in C4C
Validate requests and ensure compliance with guidelines
Train and support staff on CRM best practices
Track and report on sales activity and lead flow

At least 3 years of sales support experience
