Aid residents with grooming, bathing, and personal care
Encourage independence in eating and hydration
Facilitate secure mobility and transfers for residents




Participate in continence management and ostomy care
Record care observations and assist in care planning Requirements:
Completion of a recognized Health Care Assistant program
Registration with BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry
Proficiency in operating healthcare technology
Robust communication skills with residents and families
