Responsibilities
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and light food items following established recipes and presentation standards
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, accurately processing orders and payments while handling cash and card transactions securely
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking their orders promptly, and addressing any questions or concerns with professionalism
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including food preparation areas and dining spaces, adhering to food safety standards
Manage food handling responsibilities responsibly, ensuring proper storage, sanitation, and food safety compliance




Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches or snacks during busy periods
Effectively manage time to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours without compromising quality or service

Skills
Proven experience as a barista or in the food service industry with strong knowledge of coffee brewing and beverage crafting techniques
Prior cashiering experience using POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for cash handling, giving correct change, and processing transactions accurately
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining attention to detail in all duties
