As General

Manager, you will spearhead operations and ensure a top-notch customer experience. This position requires you to lead and inspire your team while managing day-to-day facility operations. You’ll coach team performance, maintain high-quality service standards, and contribute to achieving the company's financial objectives. Your leadership will promote a culture of growth and career development within the team. Key Responsibilities:
Execute and uphold the WOW plan consistently
Lead hiring, training, and personnel management
Prepare and manage collision center budgets
Set performance targets and conduct reviews
Maintain safety standards and cleanliness of the facility Requirements:
Post-secondary education or equivalent
3+ years of management experience in collision repair
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
Valid driver’s license Elevate operations through effective management and superior customer service at Boyd Autobody.
