Go Wash, Port Coquitlam’s first state-of-the-art Eco-Friendly car wash facility is seeking a customer care attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be accountable for up keep of the Go Wash site and assisting our customers. This position is perfect for a college or university student, or someone who is semiretired. Duties include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities and Duties
Promoting and selling the features, advantages and benefits and Go Wash fleet cards and the Go Wash cleaning experience.
Delivering exceptional customer experience
Tracking, accurately recording and reporting daily tasks
General cleaning and maintaining the site

Qualifications and Skills
High school diploma required




Demonstrated success in customer service and sales
Working with defined goals and/or quotas
Team player with robust written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Ability to retain a large amount of product and operational information
Positive “can-do” attitude and customer focused approach that will enable you challenging situations with integrity, empathy and sincerity
