Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
Prepare food items efficiently and according to company standards, ensuring quality and safety
Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for accurate cashiering and cash handling
Take orders accurately using the POS system and upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, kitchen equipment, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety regulations
Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure prompt service and minimize wait times




Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold health standards and prevent contamination

Skills
Experience in food preparation, serving, or food industry roles is preferred but not required—training will be provided!
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for cashiering transactions
Robust time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly, positive attitude
Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards in a restaurant environment
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
Ability to work well in a team setting within a quick-paced restaurant atmosphere
Enthusiasm for upselling menu items to boost sales and enhance guest experience
