Become a Building Services Representative with the Greater Victoria Housing Society! In this role, you will report to the Manager of Daily Operations and be responsible for ensuring each building is clean and operational.

You will engage with tenants to resolve minor issues and perform various cleaning and light maintenance tasks. Expect a mix of administrative responsibilities and physical labor in a supportive work workplace. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and safety in residential units
Provide administrative support and accurate record-keeping
Resolve tenant issues with a respectful approach
Perform necessary light maintenance tasks
Lift equipment safely up to 50 pounds Requirements:
Solid problem-solving and communication skills
Knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act is essential
Must complete a Criminal Record Check
Capability to lift heavy items independently
