Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
Assist in food preparation and presentation, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering duties, including cash handling and math calculations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations to uphold sanitation standards
Support the kitchen team with food prep tasks as needed, ensuring efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment




Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables while providing exceptional guest services

Qualifications
Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and cashiering
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
Experience with food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols required
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order calculations accurately
Familiarity with restaurant operations including serving, upselling, and guest engagement
Kitchen experience or food industry background is a plus but not mandatory
Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced workplace
