Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, including Micros POS if available
Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and timely delivery
Assist with food handling and preparation to support kitchen staff when needed
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, tables, and service stations
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately during transactions, including cashiering duties
Support guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction




Keep track of table turnover and manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently

Requirements
Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous
Robust time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively
Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order calculations
Understanding of food safety standards and sanitation procedures
Experience with food handling, food preparation, or kitchen operations is beneficial
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
A positive attitude with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
