This Project

Specialist role involves plan evaluation and ensuring product compliance. In this position, you'll work with the Building Products team at QAI Laboratories, reviewing drawings and documents for adherence to Canadian building codes. Your daily tasks will include writing detailed reports, performing inspections, and assisting clients in achieving compliance for their products.

Travel to various manufacturing sites will also be required to assess product testing and evaluations. Key Responsibilities:
Assess building plans for compliance with codes
Document inspection findings and generate reports
Conduct product inspections at client facilities
Write detailed evaluations based on test results
Collaborate with clients on product modifications Requirements:
Educational background in relevant engineering fields
2+ years of experience as a Project Specialist
Must possess P.Eng. or EIT license
Solid MS Office skills needed
Bilingual communication skills appreciated Utilize your engineering skills to support building safety and code compliance with QAI Laboratories.
