Reporting to the VP of Engineering, you will oversee the product lifecycle from technical reviews to development and qualification.

You'll interact directly with customers to ascertain requirements and design inputs, ensuring manufacturability and quality. Leverage your experience in casting processes, GD&T;, and engineering design to enhance our products and support incredible industrial clients. Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure product conformance across all development stages




- Address production issues and part quality with minimal oversight
- Review material specifications and manufacturability during RFQ
- Communicate customer quality requirements to our supply chain
- Approve PPAP submissions and resolve discrepancies Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Material Science
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of various metal casting processes and materials
- Proficient in GD&T; and print reading
