We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Production & Heat Press Technician to join our team and assist with day-to-day production across the screen print shop, with a focus on supporting the heat press department when needed.
Responsibilities
- Assist with general production duties throughout the screen print shop
- Produce heat press orders accurately and efficiently
- Apply DTF transfers, patches, logos, names/numbers, and other heat-applied graphics
- Understand and follow proper time, temperature, pressure, and application requirements
- Review work orders for correct garments, artwork, placement, sizing, and quantities
- Maintain consistent quality and accuracy throughout production
- Perform quality checks and identify issues before jobs are completed
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and production-ready
- Move between departments and tasks as production needs change
