Position SummaryIMCO is looking for a highly motivated Manager, Total Rewards to join our award‑winning HR team. This is a 20‑month fixed‑term contract. Reporting to the Senior Director, Total Rewards and HR Operations, the Manager provides subject‑matter expertise in job architecture, job evaluation, compensation, and total rewards to ensure programs are equitable, defensible, and aligned with organizational strategy and industry best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide subject‑matter expertise related to job architecture and enhance the existing framework to support internal mobility, talent development, career pathing, and skills enablement.Work closely with the HR Operations and IT teams on job architecture changes and maintain the job evaluation framework to ensure equity and pay‑equity compliance.Advise HR partners on compensation issues and support senior leadership communication on compensation practices.Serve as the central point of contact for TR‑related inquiries, maintaining a thorough understanding of policies, employment legislation, and IMCO’s benefit and pension plans.Collaborate with HR partners to identify, develop, and propose enhancements to internal HR processes.Collaborate on HRIS system requirements to meet corporate and business needs.Participate in annual projects and initiatives as assigned.Total RewardsLead communication and change‑management plans for benefit programs to enhance the employee experience.Maintain strong industry knowledge of benefits trends, policies,



and best practices.Review and update benefit programs with data‑driven insights from market research and employee engagement.Draft compensation and perks policies, monitor regulatory changes, and recommend improvements.Conduct RFPs for benefit providers, maintaining vendor relationships and due diligence.CompensationManage the annual salary, promotion, and executive compensation review cycles within budget and program principles.Prepare HRCC materials, present data findings, and manage follow‑up requests from meetings.Collect and analyze publicly disclosed peer data to inform compensation decisions.Provide operational support during the annual year‑end performance management cycle.Develop compensation recommendations for external hires and internal movements based on market and internal peer analysis.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP or CHRL) designation is an asset.Five to seven years of relevant experience as a compensation manager; experience in benefits administration considered an asset.Knowledge of HR processes, policies, best practices,



and legislation.Experience with HR Information Systems (Workday experience is an asset).Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in an organized manner.Creativity, proactive thinking, critical judgment, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and strong attention to detail.Discretion with highly confidential information.The base salary range for this position is CAD $105,000.00 - $138,000.00. The placement within the range is determined by market pay and the candidate’s knowledge, skillset, and experience relative to the position and internal peers.We thank all applicants for their interest.
