An equivalent combination of experience, education and/or training may also be considered.Experience working with municipal-type infrastructure such as water/wastewater systems, roads, public use facilities and/or construction trades.Experience supervising staff.Strong interpersonal skills for developing and maintaining positive working relationships with the public and staff.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to analyze, solve problems and make decisions.Strong organizational and time‑management skills, including the ability to plan and prioritize complex and changing workloads to meet strict deadlines.Ability to work independently and effectively under minimal supervision.Experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) or similar computer applications.DesiredExperience with the Workplace Safety and Health Act and Regulations.Experience managing budgets and tracking expenditures.Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate in French.Conditions of EmploymentMust be legally entitled to work in Canada.Must possess and maintain a valid full‑stage Manitoba class 5 driver's licence.Must be physically able to perform the duties assigned to the position such as standing, bending and lifting periodically.Must be willing and able to travel with occasional overnight stays.Closing DateMay 4, 2026#J-18808-Ljbffr
