This position follows a hybrid work schedule with a minimum of 2 days onsite, though this requirement may vary based on business and operational needs.Primary FocusWe are seeking to fill a current opening on our Appropriate Use team. Reporting to the Director, Appropriate Use, the Lead, Appropriate Use will support the advancement of the Appropriate Use Strategy in partnership with internal and external partners. As a new function for the organization, this will include strategy and framework development, assessments, relationship management, and evaluation.This work will include supporting the implementation of programs and quality standards, catalyzing best practices, and building capacity and knowledge. The role will also monitor the health policy landscape in Canada and internationally in collaboration with other internal teams,
