This individual will lead by example, foster strong relationships, and drive both business development and service excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Growth & Community DevelopmentDrive profitable branch growth through active community engagement and business development initiativesDevelop and implement marketing plans to increase membership, lending, and deposit growthRepresent the organization at community and networking eventsLeadership & Team DevelopmentLead, mentor, and coach a team to deliver high levels of service and performanceFacilitate training sessions focused on sales, service, and product knowledgePromote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvementOperations & Performance ManagementOversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring compliance with policies and proceduresOptimize staffing, resources, and workflows to enhance efficiency and service deliveryMonitor and manage branch performance, including financial results and operational metricsReview financial statements and credit documentation to approve or recommend lending decisionsOversee retail lending activities including mortgages, lines of credit,
